Our monthly (except in summer) Sunday morning work parties on the reserve continue to flourish. Numbers joining these have been up over the last few months and this has allowed more essential work to be done.

The work done each time depends on what is currently required as well as on the numbers and skills of those attending. Normally it includes clearing of rubbish and undergrowth, but it can also involve tree planting, fence laying or another special project. Recently about 10-15 people have attended each month. The displayed photo was taken during our April 2018 work party, held on Sunday April 8th.

So if you want to contribute to our work on the reserve as well as spending an enjoyable fun morning with like-minded fellow FoSL members, do consider coming along to one of these. For further information you can find future work party dates listed on our events page whilst reports of work done by recent work parties can be found on our Work Party Reports page.
